Description

ClickSyncr for Elastic Email – Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable & Forminator connects your forms to Elastic Email, so every form submission becomes a contact on your Elastic Email list: automatically, with no code.

Works with your form builder

• Contact Form 7
• WPForms
• Gravity Forms
• Ninja Forms
• Fluent Forms
• Formidable Forms
• Forminator

One plugin, one Elastic Email connection. ClickSyncr configures each form right inside the builder you already use, and it connects your forms to 20+ other email marketing platforms too.

“Elastic Email” is a trademark of its respective owner. This plugin is an independent integration and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Elastic Email.

Why you’ll love it

• Set up in minutes: paste your Elastic Email API key and you’re connected. No developers, no code.
• One key for the whole site: the key is shared with every form builder ClickSyncr supports, so you connect once and every form can use it.
• Your lists load automatically: choose which Elastic Email list new contacts join, right inside the form editor.
• Map the contact fields: send first name, last name, company, job title, city, state, country, postcode, phone, and birthdate straight from your form.
• Only email is required: fields you leave as Not mapped are skipped, and never overwrite data already in Elastic Email.
• Built-in opt-in: add a consent checkbox and ClickSyncr adds the contact when a visitor ticks it, and sends nothing at all when they leave it unticked.
• You choose what a submission does: sync the contact so it joins your list right away, or hold a form back so nothing is sent.
• A setup for every form: each form can sync to a different Elastic Email list with its own field mapping, in every supported builder.
• Sync health at a glance: an admin-bar menu shows every form’s Elastic Email sync counts and the last error, if any.
• Lightweight and fast: built to WordPress standards, so it never slows your site down.
• You stay in control: you decide exactly what data is sent to Elastic Email, and to which list.

Elastic Email

Connected forms send their submissions to Elastic Email. Read more in the Elastic Email privacy policy.

External services

Optional signal sharing sends software versions, aggregate configuration and delivery counts, and random installation/device identifiers to Signls only after an administrator enables it in this plugin’s signal-sharing settings. It excludes contact/submission values and credentials. You can turn sharing off at any time. See external services and privacy details.

This plugin connects to Elastic Email. When you connect, refresh or open a configured form’s settings, it authenticates with your API key and requests the available lists, fields and account settings. A configured form submission sends the email address and the fields you map to your selected destination. A test submission sends the test address and configured fields. Subscription and consent settings determine whether a submission is sent.

Privacy

ClickSyncr does not set tracking cookies or send visitor IP addresses to a geolocation service. If you map context fields, the mapped page URL, IP address, browser information or submission time is sent to Elastic Email. Optional sender context adds the page, form, time and browser to the site owner’s notification email. API credentials, form settings and sync counters are stored in your WordPress database. Administrators can enable a local diagnostic log with redacted personal data. ClickSyncr does not receive your form submissions.
