This request is only made by site administrators from the WordPress admin. #### Chatbot Widget When a valid API key is saved, the plugin loads a JavaScript widget file from `https:// www.agentyme.com/widget.js` on every frontend page of your site. This script runs the chat interface and communicates with the Agentyme platform to process visitor conversations. All conversation data, lead information, and uploaded knowledge base documents are stored and processed on Agentyme’s servers, not on your WordPress site. Agentyme acts solely as a data processor — you, as the site owner, remain the data controller and retain full access to view, export, and delete your data at any time through the Agentyme dashboard. Agentyme does not sell, share, or disclose your data to any other third party. The only sub-processors used are AWS (cloud infrastructure) and Stripe (payment processing), both contractually bound to protect your data. No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are used.
