Navigate to WooCommerce Orders, click the Order Preview icon, and add or view notes for streamlined order management. ### Can I edit or remove notes? You can delete your own notes by clicking on the red ‘x’ icon in the upper corner of the note. ### Are notes visible to customers? No, these are private notes exclusively visible to order managers. ### Why don’t I see notes when I open an order? At this early stage, notes are accessible only in the Preview Order modal window, not in the edit order screen. Uninstalling won’t permanently delete your notes, as they are saved as order metadata.
