CaseYak uses AI to greet potential clients and estimate case value, powered by our MVA prediction models. This plugin uses the CaseYak AI service (a “3rd party service”) to load the questionnaire onto your WordPress instance. When a user submits information, the plugin sends that data to our service to generate an estimated case value and notify your firm. These services are called as part of the CaseYak plugin: CaseYak service: https:// caseyak.com CaseYak API service: https://api.caseyak.com/v1 CaseYak Terms of Service: https://caseyak.com/termsofuse CaseYak Privacy Policy: https://caseyak.com/privacypolicy ## Installation 1. Add the CaseYak plugin via the WordPress plugins directory 2. Activate your CaseYak subscription in the admin panel ($249.99/mo) 3. Set your plugin settings as needed, or use the defaults to add CaseYak to your homepage. ## FAQ ### Can I customize the look and feel to match my site? Yes. Use the plugin admin panel to configure appearance and behavior, or email kenny@caseyak. com for help. ### Where do I receive form submissions? You’ll receive emails at the addresses listed in “Notification Emails” in the plugin settings. ### Can I add more than one notification email? Yes. Add multiple emails in the plugin settings (comma-separated). ### Do I need to create an account with CaseYak? Yes. You create an account from the CaseYak admin panel during setup. ### How can I cancel?
