Setup was INCREDIBLY easy, just a quick script copy and paste and no prior coding experience required. Unlike other bots, ChatSimple’s AI feels intuitive and adapts to conversations well, and also supports multiple languages. Customization is also another huge positive – as it’s possible to change the appearance to match brands accordingly without needing a paid premium plan.
