Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. 2. Either I would end up with a scroll bar that kept changing size — not a big issue but it drove me crazy — or the StatCounter that I’d put in my footer would intermittently just show “StatCounter – Free Web Tracker and Counter” instead of the counter. This is the only one that doesn’t cause a problem.
