## Description

Form for Capsule CRM allows you to seamlessly integrate Capsule CRM lead capture
forms into your WordPress website. Using a simple shortcode, you can place the form
anywhere on your site and customize its appearance to match your theme.

## Installation

 1. Install using the WordPress built-in Plugin installer
 2. Or extract the zip file and drop the contents in the `wp-content/plugins/` directory
    of your WordPress installation
 3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
 4. Go to Settings > Capsule CRM Form to configure your form key
 5. Use the shortcode `[capsule_form]` in your pages or posts

## FAQ

### Where do I find my Capsule CRM form key?

You can find your form key in your Capsule CRM account under Web Forms `settings/
integrations/website/setup`.

### Can I customize the form’s appearance?

Yes, the form automatically inherits your theme’s styles and colors through WordPress
CSS variables. Additional customization can be done through your theme’s CSS.

### Is the form responsive?

Yes, the form is fully responsive and will adapt to different screen sizes.
