## Installation

Help Dialog AI Chat can be installed through your WordPress Dashboard or manually
via FTP. Before installation, ensure your server meets these requirements:
 * WordPress
5.2 or higher * PHP 5.6 or higher * At least 50MB of available disk space * Modern
web browser with JavaScript enabled

#### Option 1: Install via WordPress Dashboard (Recommended)

 1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard
 2. Navigate to Plugins  Add New
 3. In the search box, type “Help Dialog”
 4. Look for “Help Dialog with AI Chat, FAQs, Search, Contact Form” by echoplugins
 5. Click “Install Now” and wait for the installation to complete
 6. Click “Activate” to enable the plugin
 7. Go to Help Dialog Chat  Need Help to configure your settings

#### Option 2: Manual Installation via FTP

 1.  Download the plugin zip file (help-dialog.zip) from the plugin page
 2.  Extract the zip file to your computer
 3.  Connect to your web server using an FTP client
 4.  Navigate to your WordPress installation’s `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 5.  Upload the extracted ‘help-dialog’ folder to this directory
 6.  Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard
 7.  Go to Plugins  Installed Plugins
 8.  Find “Help Dialog” and click “Activate”
 9.  Configure the plugin in Help Dialog Chat  Need Help

#### Post-Installation Steps

This plugin fit exactly what we needed for my client’s non-profit website- an easy
to use FAQs widget that we populated with our own questions and answers. We have
used it for several years before getting an accessibility audit of our website and
found a few issues relating to keyboard focus and tabbing within the FAQs dialog
box. The plugin support team were very quick to resolve all the issues and went 
above and beyond to make this widget usable by screen reader users. Thanks for a
great plugin that prioritizes accessibility.

An excellent knowledge base plugin that truly enhances user experience. With the
ability to create individual FAQs, an efficient search feature, and quick contact
options, this plugin stands out. The support team is impressively responsive, actively
incorporating user ideas and suggestions, resulting in prompt and meaningful improvements
to the plugin’s functionality. I am upgrading, but you have the option to disable
the ‘Powered By’ message on the Free version, which originally sealed the deal for
me!

A very good addition to the knowledge base. Enables individual FAQs, search and

builds on this. A great front end tool to allow internal teams or customers to quickly
