## Description

The HS Access plugin provide the Super-Admin of a WordPress Multi-Site installation
to selectively allow the admins of the member blogs
 access to Plugins. This can
be done on a per individual level.

## Installation

#### HS Access Pligin install instructions

 1. Upload the `/hsaccess` folder to your `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
 2. Activate the plugin through the `Plugins` menu in WordPress.
 3. Navigate to the `HS Access Options` panel for configuration details.
