LiveAgent has a very impressive user interface, and a simple glance helps you prioritize
responses. We haven’t encountered any security issues with our LiveAgent account,
which is great news and we appreciate it. LiveAgent’s pricing is also very competitive.
It’s also great that it can handle all customer support communications, providing
fast and reliable support. It also allows any team to set up a chat and auto-redirect
system to enhance customer service at all times.

The best thing about LiveAgent is that it’s always available. I can follow up on
new tickets and answer them, or ask a colleague to help me answer them. Referring
to colleagues is very easy. LiveAgent provides us with an excellent chatbot that
