It makes use of the `wp_head` WordPress action hook in order to insert code into the `` section of your layout. Simply download the package, extract it and upload the resulting folder to your ` wp-content/plugins/` directory e.g. 1. Download the WordPress MooTools plugin. 2. Unzip the ZIP archive in order to obtain the mootools folder. 3. Log in to your WordPress admin and go to the “Plugins” panel. 4. Activate the “MooTools” plugin by clicking the “Activate” link. 5.
