Use Multipify to translate a WordPress / WooCommerce store into multiple languages, manage translated products and pages, display language and currency selectors, translate SEO metadata, and synchronize supported store content with your Multipify account. The plugin also includes the Multipify AI Store builder. Access is protected by the Multipify pairing/authentication mechanism implemented by the plugin. WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) compatibility is declared by the connector where applicable. #### External service Multipify is an external ecommerce management and translation service available at https://multipify.eu/. Features that communicate with Multipify, such as authenticated provisioning, synchronization and Multipify AI translation, send the information required to perform the requested operation. Depending on the feature used, this can include store configuration, content selected for translation, page/product data, language settings, generated storefront blueprint data and other store information necessary for the requested Multipify service. Multipify AI translation sends text selected for translation and the requested target language to the Multipify service. Store provisioning can send or receive store configuration, company fields, generated page blueprint data and selected product information. Before using connected Multipify services, review the applicable terms and privacy information on the Multipify website. #### Privacy The plugin does not need to send unrelated WordPress content merely because it is activated. Data is exchanged with Multipify when a connected feature requires it, such as pairing, provisioning, synchronization or AI translation. Translation requests can transmit the text being translated and the selected target language to Multipify. Authenticated provisioning can exchange the store configuration and content needed to create or update the requested storefront. ## Installation 1. Upload the Multipify plugin ZIP from **Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin**, or copy the plugin directory to `/wp-content/plugins/`. 2. Activate **Multipify** in WordPress. 3. Install / activate WooCommerce when using the WooCommerce ecommerce features. 4. Make sure the WordPress site uses HTTPS. 5. Connect or pair the store with your Multipify account using the Multipify workflow. 6. Configure languages, translation options, selectors and currencies from Multipify/ the WordPress translation tools available for the connected store. 7. Start translation or synchronization only for the languages enabled by your Multipify translation allowance. ## FAQ ### Can Multipify translate a WordPress website? Yes. The plugin contains translation support for WordPress pages/posts and supported rendered storefront strings. The exact content translated depends on the translation options enabled for the connected store. ### Can it translate WooCommerce products? Yes. Multipify supports WooCommerce product content and can also handle supported categories, attributes, variations, media and SEO fields when those options are enabled. ### Can I translate my entire WooCommerce store with AI? The plugin includes bulk Multipify AI translation for supported content. Translation availability is also checked against the target languages and translation allowance configured for the connected Multipify account. ### Does the source language consume a target-language credit? The plugin treats the configured source/reference language separately from target languages. Target-language access is validated against the Multipify translation configuration. ### Does Multipify support multilingual SEO? Yes. The translation module contains integrations for SEO metadata used by Yoast SEO, Rank Math and compatible All in One SEO fields, as well as translated slugs when enabled. ### Can I add a language selector to my WooCommerce store? Yes. Multipify supports a storefront language selector with multiple display styles and configurable positions. The included Multipify AI Store builder can receive an authenticated store blueprint, prepare WooCommerce, create pages/products and build the initial storefront for supported provisioning workflows. ### Is WooCommerce required? WooCommerce is required for WooCommerce-specific catalog, product, checkout and currency features.
