Unlike many similar plugins, it includes a compact **Reliability Mode** to prevent“ dead clicks” on desktop devices. When enabled, clicking the buttons on desktop can show a small fallback panel with copy actions and alternate contact options, helping visitors complete an enquiry even if direct links fail. Configure settings and save. ## FAQ ### Can I show it only on specific pages? Yes. Use Display Mode and enter URL paths (one per line). ### Can I delay the buttons? Yes. Use seconds or scroll percentage triggers. ### Does it require an API or tracking? No. ### What is Reliability Mode?
