I sent a request over a week ago and since have sent a second request. The auto response says someone will be back to you within the next 12 hours. The plugin causes the WP White Screen of Death when trying to go back and customize my WP Theme. I have the latest version of this plugin as well as the latest version of the theme by WP. Deactivating this plug-in resolved the compatibility issue. I wanted to work with the developers to help resolve my issue and continue to use the plug-in but no response.
