Upload the ‘simple-follow-buttons’ folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress 3. By far the easiest I’ve tried to setup. But there are things missing like Instagram icon and others.
