Findit Post Search and Filter<\/strong> is a lightweight and intuitive WordPress plugin that lets users quickly search and filter posts by tags and categories, enhancing the default WordPress search experience.<\/p>\n\n

Features:\n- AJAX-powered search (no page reloads)\n- Only searches posts (post<\/code> post type)\n- Filters by category and tag using AND<\/strong> logic\n- Supports search by title<\/strong> and content<\/strong> only (not taxonomy)\n- Highlights matching keywords in search results\n- \"Load More\" button to paginate results (9 posts at a time)\n- Responsive grid layout: 3 columns on desktop, 1 column on tablet\/mobile<\/p>\n\n

    Not at this time. Support for custom post types may be added in a future version.<\/p><\/dd>\n

    Can I search categories or tags?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

    No, but you can filter<\/strong> results by category and tag using the dropdown filters. The plugin uses AND logic when both filters are applied.<\/p><\/dd>\n

    Can I customize the search result layout?<\/h3><\/dt>\n
