NextGEN Gallery - Search Galleries<\/h4>\n\n

NextGEN Gallery - Search Galleries adds a search option to the existing NextGEN Gallery menu.<\/p>\n\n

With this search option you can quickly and easily search through your galleries so you don\u2019t have to go through a whole listst of galleries.\nThe output of the search will show in a table similar to the manage galleries page and will provide a link to that gallery.<\/p>\n\n

NextGEN Gallery - Search Galleries even adds an option to search in the description which can be helpfull if you don\u2019t remember the name.<\/p>\n\n

And NextGEN Gallery - Search Galleries also has the ability to search for part of the name or description. \nFor instance: int<\/strong> will find int<\/strong>ernet, but also wint<\/strong>er, ballpoint<\/strong>, saint<\/strong>s etc.<\/p>\n\n

Please note: this plugin requires NextGEN Gallery installed.<\/p>\n\n

    Install NextGEN Gallery Search<\/h4>\n\n

    Option 1:<\/h4>\n\n
      \n
    1. Download NextGEN Gallery - Search Galleries to your computer<\/li>\n
    2. Log into your WordPress admin<\/li>\n
    3. Click Plugins --> Add New<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Click Upload<\/strong> (in the header)<\/li>\n
    5. Search your computer for nextgen-gallery-search-galleries-XX.zip<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. Click Install Now<\/strong><\/li>\n
    7. Click Activate Plugin<\/strong><\/li>\n
    8. Goto Gallery --> Search Galleries<\/strong> to use the plugin.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      Option 2:<\/h4>\n\n

      1. Log into your WordPress admin<\/li>\n
      2. Go to plugins in the menu<\/li>\n
      3. Click on the Add New<\/strong> button at the top <\/li>\n
      4. Type nextgen gallery search<\/strong> in the search box<\/li>\n
      5. Go to the forst plugin and click Install Now<\/strong> <\/li>\n
      6. Click Activate Plugin<\/strong><\/li>\n
      7. Goto Gallery --> Search Galleries<\/strong> to use the plugin.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

        I installed the plugin but I can\u2019t find the menu item<\/dt>\n

        The plugin creates a new menu item under under Gallery<\/strong> called Search Galleries<\/strong>.<\/p><\/dd>\n

        There is no menu called Gallery<\/dt>\n

        If you don\u2019t see a menu called Gallery<\/strong> you probably don\u2019t have NextGEN Gallery installed. Please got to the plugins page and check if you have NextGEN Gallery installed and activated.<\/p><\/dd>\n\n<\/dl>\n\n\n
