## Description

The plugin displays tips about WordPress at the top of the admin panel. When switching
from one page to another, a hint changes.

## Installation

 1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/wp-tips` directory, or install
    the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
 2. Activate the plugin through the \’Plugins\’ screen in WordPress.
