Description
Beautiful PDF documents for your WooCommerce orders
Your customers notice the details. Give the documents they receive the same care as the rest of your store. Facturas Bonitas by DACAR Digital turns WooCommerce orders into clear, professional PDF invoices and courtesy receipts, created and stored directly in your WordPress installation.
Free includes simplified invoices for stores based in Spain and non-fiscal courtesy documents worldwide. Check where you can invoice with Facturas Bonitas.
From order to PDF, inside WooCommerce
- Generate the applicable document when a WooCommerce order is completed.
- Create simplified invoices in Spain and courtesy receipts for stores worldwide.
- View, download and print your PDFs from the document list.
- Attach documents to the applicable WooCommerce emails.
- Let customers access their documents from My Account.
- Keep PDF generation and storage local, without sending order data to DACAR Digital to create the document.
WooCommerce supplies the products, quantities, amounts and taxes. Facturas Bonitas presents those saved values in the PDF; it does not change your order totals or calculate a different tax result.
A clean Minimal design, with your identity
Free includes the Minimal template, with layouts for VAT-style and US sales-tax presentation. The store’s base country selects the appropriate document layout and available document type; the customer’s country does not enable invoicing in a new territory.
Add your business name as a text logo, choose left or centre alignment, select one of two included backgrounds and use an optional text watermark. Check the local preview before generating documents.
Free supports up to ten product lines per document. It uses the main product description, limited to sixty characters and displayed on one line, to keep the layout clear and consistent.
Eight supported locales
Both the interface and document labels are available in Spanish, English (US and UK), French, German, Italian and Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil): es_ES, en_US, en_GB, fr_FR, de_DE, it_IT, pt_PT and pt_BR.
The interface follows the standard WordPress language settings. Existing documents retain their original language and identity. Choosing a language does not change where invoicing is available.

FAQ
-
Can I generate invoices in my country?
-
Simplified-invoice generation in Free is currently available for stores based in Spain. Elsewhere, Free creates non-fiscal courtesy documents. The choice depends on the base country configured in WooCommerce. See current availability.
-
What is a courtesy receipt?
-
It is a PDF document that presents the order clearly and helps you maintain a consistent business image. It is labelled as a courtesy receipt and includes a visible non-fiscal notice. It has no fiscal validity and does not replace an invoice.
-
Are PDFs generated automatically?
-
Yes. Completing an applicable WooCommerce order generates the local document according to the store’s document settings and territorial availability. You can then view, download or print it from Facturas Bonitas.
-
What can I customise in Free?
-
The included Minimal design offers a text logo, left or centre alignment, two backgrounds and an optional text watermark. Free supports ten product lines, using the main product description with a sixty-character limit and one-line presentation. Other visual options and templates shown in the product demo may belong to paid editions.
-
Does it support multiple languages?
-
Free includes the eight locales listed above for both its interface and document labels. The interface follows WordPress language settings. This does not imply a separate language choice per customer or tested integration with a multilingual-store plugin.
-
Does Facturas Bonitas change amounts or taxes?
-
No. It uses the order data already calculated and saved by WooCommerce. Prices, taxes, discounts and shipping remain WooCommerce’s responsibility.
-
Can customers receive or download their documents?
-
When applicable, the document is attached to the relevant WooCommerce email and is accessible from My Account. Authorised administrators can also view, download and print it from the plugin’s document list.
-
Where are PDFs and personal data stored?
-
PDFs and their references are stored locally and linked to the order. Free does not send order data to DACAR Digital to generate the PDF. Personal data follows WooCommerce’s privacy and retention tools; the plugin also supplies suggested privacy-policy text for you to review.
-
What happens if I uninstall the plugin?
-
Technical tasks are cleared. Documents, numbering, order references and settings are retained to avoid accidental loss of business records.
-
Does installing the plugin guarantee tax compliance?
-
No. Your store’s data, configuration and applicable obligations determine the suitability of a document. The availability page explains the product’s current invoicing scope.
