Description
LP Labs Estrazione Live selects one eligible WooCommerce order on the server and displays the same animated draw and winner to every visitor.
Main features:
- Select eligible orders by custom date range, full month, or full year.
- Choose the accepted WooCommerce order statuses.
- Perform one secure random draw on the server.
- Show a countdown before the event and a ten-second draw animation.
- Show the completed draw only once per browser.
- Customize colors, font, title, subtitle, and popup image.
- Notify both the site administrator and the winning customer by email.
- Use the email layout configured in WooCommerce.
- Support WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
The plugin does not use external services, does not include tracking, and does not expose customer personal data on the public website.
Privacy
The plugin reads WooCommerce orders that match the selected period and statuses. For the winning order, it stores the order ID and number, the number of eligible entries, the draw date, and the notification results. The customer’s name, email address, and phone number are displayed only on the administration page to authorized users.
The plugin sends one notification to the WordPress administrator email address and one to the winner’s billing email address through WooCommerce and the website’s configured mail system. No data is sent to services operated by LP Labs, and the plugin contains no telemetry or tracking.
Installation
- Install and activate WooCommerce.
- Upload the
lp-labs-estrazione-livefolder to/wp-content/plugins/, or install the ZIP file from Plugins > Add New Plugin. - Activate “LP Labs Estrazione Live”.
- Open Estrazione Live from the WordPress administration menu.
- Select the order period and statuses, set the draw date and time, and save the settings.
Verify that the correct timezone is selected under Settings > General. WP-Cron runs when the website receives a visit. For precise timing on low-traffic websites, a system cron job is recommended.

Does each customer receive one entry?

Each eligible order counts as one entry. A customer with multiple eligible orders can therefore have multiple entries.

Do the notification emails use the WooCommerce design?

Yes. Both notifications are wrapped in the WooCommerce email template and use the logo, colors, header, and footer configured for the store.

Can the winner change after the page is refreshed?

No. The result is stored when the draw is completed and the same winning order is returned to every visitor.

Which personal data is displayed publicly?

Only the winning order number is displayed in the public popup. The winner’s contact details are available only to authorized administrators and are used to send the notifications.
