External Services
This plugin does not connect to, request data from, or send data to any external service.
Domain names found in page content, such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Maps, Meta Pixel and Cloudflare, are used only as local detection and classification signatures. Detection and classification are performed entirely on the WordPress website.
The plugin may manage consent for third-party services already installed or configured by the website owner. When a visitor grants consent, the visitor’s browser may communicate directly with those third-party services. These communications are initiated by the website’s configured third-party scripts, not by this plugin.
Google Analytics
This plugin can locally detect Google Analytics scripts present on the website and classify them for consent management purposes.
The plugin itself does not connect to or send data to Google Analytics.
If Google Analytics has been installed or configured by the website owner, the visitor’s browser may communicate directly with Google after the applicable consent has been granted.

Third-Party Libraries
This plugin bundles FPDF for PDF report generation. See THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.txt in the plugin package for license details. The included FPDF library file declares version 1.9 (2026-05-31) by Olivier Plathey.

-
Category-based consent remains the primary model. Optional service-level consent and blocking can be enabled when configured; otherwise category consent continues to apply.
-
Is the Setup Wizard required?
-
No. The Setup Wizard is the recommended guided path after activation. You can also configure the banner, scan, inventory and Cookie Policy from the normal admin screens. Optional Advanced details are not required to finish setup.
-
Is the plugin compatible with multisite?
-
Yes. Each site in the network has its own tables and settings.
-
Is existing data preserved during updates?
-
Yes for normal updates within the same identifier scheme (
nccb_*). Version 13.0.0 is a full identifier rename; previous local tables and options using older prefixes are not deleted by the plugin and are not auto-migrated.
