Description
WPG Site Doctor is a local site health assistant for WordPress admins. It scans your site, explains issues in plain English, offers carefully confirmed maintenance, and helps you share a sanitized report when you need developer support.
What’s included
- Dashboard — health score (0–100), coverage, last checked time, Fix First list, category tiles, and local score history.
- Health Checks — issue-first results with category and status filters, guided links to native WordPress screens, and optional Elementor / WooCommerce checks when those plugins are active.
- Maintenance — expired transients, old revisions, spam comments, rewrite flush, and Site Doctor cache clear. Preview counts, idle cards when there is nothing to do, and a second confirmation step before anything runs.
- Errors & Logs — debug-log incidents grouped with counts, first/last seen, likely source when evidenced, and filters.
- Site Report — Overview, Attention Required, Health Breakdown, Next Steps, share/manifest, plus a sanitized technical export/download.
- Get Help — support form with consent, optional sanitized report attach, screenshot upload (JPG/PNG/GIF/WebP), email / WhatsApp contact, and local request history.
Private by design
All checks run on your site. No telemetry and no automatic outbound diagnostics. Data leaves the site only when you submit Get Help (email) or open WhatsApp yourself. Reports redact common secrets and full paths — always review before sharing.
Privacy
- Diagnostics run locally; no tracking or remote diagnostic service.
- Get Help emails only what you submit after consent; report attach is off by default.
- Screenshots are optional (JPG/PNG/GIF/WebP only).
- Support request summaries and scan history stay in your database and are never synced out.
